Why quoting is hard across a retailer network

At many furniture manufacturers, retailers issue quotes with their own spreadsheets or hand-filled forms. Quote documents then look different from one retailer to the next, outdated product information may be used, and headquarters cannot see which quotes turned into sales.

Odaform ties the quote to the room design: the products placed in the customer's room form the quote's product list. The retailer does not type the same information twice, and the quote matches the design the customer saw on screen.

From showroom design to quote

At most companies, room planning in the showroom and quoting are two separate tasks: first a sketch is drawn on paper, then the products are typed one by one into a separate form. With Odaform both steps are completed on the same screen, within the same customer conversation:

• The retailer enters the room's wall lengths; the door, window and radiator are marked on the plan.
• Your products are placed as true-to-size 3D models; colour and finish are chosen together with the customer.
• A quote is prepared from the selected products; customer details and, if needed, a discount are entered.
• The quote is handed to the customer as a PDF and saved in the retailer's quote list.

What does the quote PDF include?

• Your logo and company name
• The customer's name, phone and email; the sales representative who prepared the quote
• The list of products placed in the room
• List total, applied discount and quoted price
• The quote's validity date and design code

The retailer can download, print or share the quote. If the room was shared in VR, its QR code is also included in the document, so the customer can reopen the room on their phone.

Quote tracking and sales outcome

Quotes are stored in the retailer's quote list. The retailer marks each quote as "Sold" or "Not sold"; quotes without an outcome are highlighted in the list. The quote document can be downloaded again from the list whenever needed.

Retailer and quote reports in the headquarters panel

With the Pro and Premium packages, company managers access the headquarters management panel. The panel shows:

• Usage per retailer: logins, active time and last login
• Number of designs and quotes, and quote-to-sale conversion rate
• Monthly sales revenue
• Most designed and most quoted products
• Central management of retailer accounts and report export to Excel

Account security and brand consistency

Each retailer signs in with its own email and password, and an account can be open on only one device at a time. This prevents account sharing and makes it clear which retailer issued each quote. Since all retailers work with the same up-to-date catalogue and the same quote template, every document reaching the customer represents your brand consistently.

The platform runs in a web browser; retailers install nothing. Hosting, updates, backups and technical support are provided by Odaform.
